Aecoc, the business association that groups more than 35,000 companies from different professional fields, has ratified in its general assembly the entry into its board of directors of the general director of Amazon for Spain and Portugal, Ruth Díaz, and the general director of Alcampo in Spain, Carlos Pedreira, as reported by the employers' association.
The Aecoc board of directors constitutes the highest governing body of the entity, responsible for the direction, administration, and representation of the organization, as well as for driving the lines of action set out in its strategic plan.
Currently, this body is made up of around twenty senior executives from the main companies in the industry and distribution in Spain. It is chaired by Ignacio González, counselor of KH Lloreda, and has Javier Campo, president of Grupo Alimentación Palacios, as vice president, and José María Bonmatí as general secretary.
