Vila Viniteca has organized this Monday at the Casa Llotja de Mar in Barcelona a new edition of the Venta a la Avanzada, an event that allows tasting some of the most outstanding wines of the 2025 harvest, many of which will not be marketed for several years, it reports in a statement.
Wineries from Spain, France, Portugal, the USA, Australia, and New Zealand attended the meeting, and among the attendees were, among many others, Álvaro Palacios and his daughter Lola Palacios, Peter Sisseck, and Sara Pérez. Industry professionals, collectors, and enthusiasts were able to taste their wines directly from the barrel or from pre-bottling samples.
The event, which has been held for more than 25 years, offers the possibility of reserving outstanding wines before their market release and discovering new vintages from their producers, and this Tuesday it will have a new edition at the Teatro Real in Madrid.
