The Institutional and Statutory Development Commission of the Cortes of Aragón has given the green light this Monday to three reports prepared by the Working Group on relations with the Court of Accounts, focused on the auditing of the Aragonese Local Public Sector corresponding to the fiscal year 2023, on the legality and management control of the Aragonese Institute of Environmental Management (INAGA) between 2022 and 2023, and on the economic-financial, accounting, and operational management of the company La Nueva Romareda.

The report on the auditing of the Aragonese Local Public Sector, related to the fiscal year 2023, was defended by the president of the Court of Accounts, Jesús Royo, on December 10, 2025, and gathered a total of twenty resolution proposals, of which nine correspond to the PP, one to the PSOE, three to Vox, one to CHA, three to A-TE, and three to IU.

Regarding the document on compliance with legality and management of INAGA, referring to the fiscal years 2022 to 2023, it focuses on the rates and activities linked to the processing, authorization, installation, and operation of renewable energy parks in Aragón between 2019 and 2023, especially on the income derived from these rates and their distribution by taxpayer, by project or installation, and by municipalities, counties, and provinces. This report was presented on February 25 of this year and received a total of fifty-eight resolution proposals, of which eight come from the PP, another eight from the PSOE, nine from Vox, eight from CHA, nineteen from A-TE, and six from IU.

Finally, the report on the auditing of the economic-financial, accounting, and operational management of the company La Nueva Romareda was conveyed to the members of the Working Group on July 8 and totaled 25 resolution proposals, of which four are from the PP, one from the PSOE, three from Vox, seven from CHA, seven from A-TE, and three from IU.
