A unified Enterprise Imaging platform integrates workflow, streaming, cloud, and AI to help clinical professionals maintain focus and imaging diagnostic organizations reduce complexity

"Clinical attention has become one of the most valuable resources in healthcare. The technology surrounding clinical professionals should preserve their focus, not compete for it," said Nathalie McCaughley, president of AGFA HealthCare.

"At RSNA 2026, we will show how Enterprise Imaging continues to evolve around a coherent clinical experience. By integrating workflow, intelligence, and information around how clinical professionals naturally work, we can reduce friction and help maintain clinical attention where it matters most," she added.

At RSNA 2026, AGFA HealthCare will demonstrate how a unified approach to Enterprise Imaging can help healthcare organizations face an increasing challenge: the volumes of imaging diagnostic studies and clinical complexity continue to rise, while radiologists and imaging diagnostic teams are asked to do more in increasingly distributed care environments. Each independent login, disconnected application, and unnecessary workflow step competes for clinical attention.

At booth #2119, visitors will be able to see how visualization, workflow orchestration, streaming, cloud, AI, reporting, and interoperability are integrated into a single Enterprise Imaging platform. The result is a coherent clinical experience, designed to reduce friction in workflows, simplify operations, and evolve as the needs of healthcare and imaging diagnostic organizations change.

One platform. One clinical experience
Instead of asking clinical professionals to navigate a set of connected applications, AGFA HealthCare integrates the various capabilities into a single clinical workspace.

At RSNA, visitors will be able to see how streaming expands a coherent diagnostic experience to hospital, home, and distributed reading environments, while native advanced visualization incorporates sophisticated image review directly into the workflow. RUBEE® Orchestrator coordinates work between teams and locations, helping to ensure that the right case reaches the right clinical professional at the right time.

Intelligence is also increasingly integrated into this experience. RUBEE® AI allows selected and third-party algorithm results to be presented directly within the clinical workflow, while preliminary demonstrations of native clinical AI capabilities will show how relevant context and assistance can be made available closer to the moment of interpretation.* The goal is simple: to use technology and intelligence to support the clinical experience without adding another layer for professionals to manage.

Modernizing Enterprise Imaging without starting from scratch
Attendees at RSNA will also be able to see how AGFA HealthCare helps organizations modernize Enterprise Imaging according to their own infrastructures and cloud strategies. The same Enterprise Imaging platform can support cloud/SaaS, hybrid, and on-premises environments, allowing healthcare organizations to advance at a pace that makes sense for them while maintaining a coherent clinical foundation.

For organizations migrating to SaaS, AGFA HealthCare Enterprise Imaging Cloud offers the Enterprise Imaging platform through a native cloud SaaS architecture, designed to operate at enterprise scale while reducing the operational burden on internal IT teams.

This approach is already yielding results. Tampa General Hospital (TGH) selected AGFA HealthCare Enterprise Imaging Cloud, provided as a fully managed SaaS solution on AWS, as part of its strategy to consolidate six independent PACS environments and multiple legacy cardiology archives.

TGH completed its business implementation in just four months, simplifying infrastructure management and creating a scalable foundation to continue growing, while allowing its IT teams to focus their attention on higher-value clinical and operational initiatives instead of dedicating it to the routine management of infrastructure.

Expanding the conversation at RSNA
Beyond the experience at the booth, AGFA HealthCare will bring together leaders in the field of medical imaging during RSNA to hold conversations focused on the clinical, operational, and technological challenges that are shaping Enterprise Imaging.

Among the educational sessions will be Radiology Without Boundaries: Connecting Public and Private Imaging Through the Cloud, a Lunch & Learn that will analyze how the cloud is enabling new approaches for connected medical imaging networks, distributed reading, and collaboration between public and private environments.

Imaging in Flow: Connecting Daily Radiology Workflow to Clinical and Operational Outcomes will bring together healthcare leaders to discuss the impact of Enterprise Imaging on patient care delivery and operational performance.

At booth #2119, AGFA HealthCare will also host Peer-to-Peer Conversations, offering leaders in the field of medical imaging the opportunity to connect directly with organizations that are already using Enterprise Imaging and exchange practical insights about their experiences and strategies.

AGFA HealthCare will also participate in the demonstration Radiology Reimagined alongside Epic and other industry collaborators, showcasing how open standards can connect electronic health records (EHR), Enterprise Imaging, AI, and reporting within a single synchronized clinical workflow.

"The value of Enterprise Imaging begins with the clinical experience," said McCaughley. "This means integrating the information, tools, and intelligence that clinical professionals need into a workflow that reduces friction and helps them stay focused on interpretation and decision-making. Behind this experience, medical imaging organizations use Enterprise Imaging as a foundation that simplifies operations, supports growth, and enables continuous innovation."
