The exclusive Bitcoin platform brings regulated accumulation services, loans secured by Bitcoin, and savings tools to Spain, while new research reveals that one in three Spaniards has already invested in cryptocurrencies, although trust and education remain the biggest barriers to going further.

Invity, the Prague-based Bitcoin platform authorized as a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) under the EU's Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), has announced its expansion to Spain, offering its regulated Bitcoin services to Spanish residents. Invity is neither a bank nor a typical exchange, but a platform dedicated exclusively to Bitcoin that offers the full range of typical services of a regulated financial institution: buying, holding, spending, and transferring Bitcoin securely, all under the same European license that already covers its current operations.

Founded by the team behind Trezor, the world's first physical Bitcoin wallet, Invity operates under the same standards of supervision and licenses required of traditional financial institutions across the EU. Invity appoints Aldona Żukowska-Caramés as General Director for Spain.

Recent research shows that one third of Spaniards have already invested in cryptocurrencies, and 72.4% consider it important to explore alternative investment vehicles in the current economic context, a proportion nearly 20 points above the European and American average.¹ On the other hand, an independent pan-European study placed Spain at the forefront of cryptocurrency adoption among the four largest economies on the continent, revealing that 54% of Spanish investors would invest more if they had access to clearer information.²

"In Spain, there is no lack of curiosity about Bitcoin. What is lacking is a trusted place to hold it," said Aldona Żukowska-Caramés, General Director of Invity for Spain. "That gap between interest and trust is exactly what we come to close."

Invity operates as an exclusive Bitcoin neobank, designed for long-term accumulation, custody, and savings:

  • Auto Buy: recurring purchases of Bitcoin

  • Auto Buy Plus: an adaptive version of Auto Buy that increases purchases when Bitcoin drops and reduces them near local peaks

  • Turbo Buy: adds an additional 60% purchasing power to the user's recurring purchases, without incurring personal debt

  • Auto Send: automatically moves accumulated Bitcoin to a self-custody wallet

  • Business Accounts: the same accumulation tools adapted for businesses

The registration process usually takes less than ten minutes, with identity verification and customer support available in Spanish, as well as Czech, English, German, and Portuguese.
