The 'Spanish holding' Andino Inversiones Global has concluded this Wednesday its first session on BME Growth with an advance of 4.67%, placing the price of its shares at 3.14 euros and thus reaching a market capitalization of 64.58 million euros.
The company had established an initial price of three euros per share, which represented a valuation of 61.7 million euros, taking as a reference the closing on Tuesday on Euronext Acces+, the market where it has been listed since 2024.
The firm's trading began with the code 'AIG', with Armabex Asesores Registrados (Armanext) as registered advisor and Renta 4 Banco as liquidity provider. As indicated in previous sessions, Andino Global aims to increase its visibility in the markets with this 'dual listing'.
With the traditional bell ringing at 12:00 PM, Andino Global becomes the seventh company to join the Spanish Stock Exchanges and Markets (BME) this year, with two IPOs (TSK and Arteche) and five other companies joining the growth segments.
The CEO of BME, Juan Flames, welcomed Andino Global and celebrated that the firm has chosen to list on BME's growth markets "to reinforce its visibility and access to investors, because they are the best place for companies with business in Ibero-America that want to grow in Europe".
Andino Inversiones Global is a Spanish holding company that owns a 67.3% stake in Andino Investment Holding, a Peruvian group focused on logistics services and infrastructure in airports and ports.
Saasa is integrated within Andino Inversiones Global. The company launched its new cargo terminal at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport in mid-April, with an estimated capacity of 40,000 tons in its first year of operation.
The firm registered losses of 9.6 million euros at the close of 2025, double the 4.4 million from the previous year, while revenues rose by 32.1%, reaching 130 million euros.
