Anthropic, the artificial intelligence company behind Claude and Fable, is on track to achieve annual revenues exceeding 65 billion dollars (a little over 56 billion euros), according to its current trajectory, as sources familiar with the matter have indicated to Bloomberg. This pace would imply multiplying by more than seven the revenue it recorded at the end of last year.
The company's execution rate, an indicator that extrapolates annual revenues from a shorter period, would have reached 65 billion dollars by the end of July, according to these sources, which would represent an improvement of nearly 40% compared to the projection made in May.
In this regard, Anthropic's annualized revenue rate would have surpassed 9 billion dollars (7.767 billion euros) by the end of 2025 and climbed to 47 billion (40.560 billion euros) in May.
Additionally, Anthropic reported a preliminary revenue figure exceeding 11.5 billion dollars (9.924 billion euros) in its last quarter, compared to 787 million dollars (679 million euros) in the same period of 2025, according to documents reviewed by Bloomberg News, which also note that the 'startup' achieved a positive adjusted operating profit during the quarter.
This strong acceleration of the business supports the IPO plans of the company led by Dario Amodei, an operation expected for the fall.
Anthropic was valued at 965 billion dollars (832.781 billion euros) after a funding round in May, placing it among the largest private companies on the planet and surpassing for the first time the valuation of its major competitor, OpenAI.
