Bankinter has announced this Monday the acquisition of 100% of Tulp Hypotheken Holding B.V. (Tulp Group), a Dutch firm focused on mortgage intermediation and financing, as the entity has notified the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) after the close of the stock market session.
