The board of directors of Bankinter decided this Wednesday to distribute the first dividend corresponding to the results of the 2026 fiscal year, for a gross amount of 0.1609 euros per share, as the financial entity has notified the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).

This dividend will be paid to the bank's shares that maintain the right to receive this remuneration on the payment date and will represent a net remuneration of 0.1303 euros per share, after applying the relevant tax withholding.

The entity has indicated that the date from which the shares will trade "ex-dividend" will be June 22, 2026. From that day, Bankinter shares traded on the Stock Exchange will cease to incorporate the right to collect this remuneration. June 23 has been set as the record date, on which shareholders entitled to receive the dividend will be determined, while the effective payment will take place on June 24.

In addition, the orange bank has indicated that the payment of the dividend will be channeled through the entities participating in the Management Company of the Securities Registration, Clearing and Settlement Systems (Iberclear), following the procedures established by this body, with Bankinter acting as the entity responsible for the payment.

With this disbursement, the entity launches the remuneration to shareholders from the profits generated during the 2026 fiscal year, continuing its remuneration policy.

Still pending the bank's accounts for the first half of the year — which will be released next July — Bankinter registered a net attributable profit of 290.66 million euros in the first quarter of 2026, an increase of 7.61% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Between January and March, the orange bank reached revenues — gross margin — of 779 million euros, with the net interest margin growing by 5.5% compared to 2025, to 570.6 million euros.
