Civitatis has presented "Civitatis Pro", a new identity under which it concentrates and enhances its offering aimed at tourism professionals, with the intention of accelerating the development of its B2B distribution business, a channel with which it expects to end 2026 with a 32% increase.
This brand brings together the company's offering for travel agencies, tour operators, technological platforms, content creators, and other companies that integrate tourist activities into their portfolio, grouping under a single name the different B2B and B2B2C collaboration models.
During the presentation, the company detailed that Civitatis Pro is born to highlight a network of more than 60,000 professional partners who integrate, distribute, or recommend its catalog of activities in markets such as Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Italy, and France.
The CEO of Civitatis, Andrés Spitzer, indicated that the launch responds to the consolidation of the firm's B2B business and stressed that the initiative aims to provide this ecosystem with an identity and a value proposition aligned with its strategic relevance.
For her part, the B2B Commercial Director of the company, Verónica de Íscar, emphasized that the goal is for professionals to perceive Civitatis Pro as "much more than a supplier of activities," positioning itself as an ally that contributes to increasing their sales, optimizing their operations, and offering a differential experience to their clients.
Five profiles and four pillars of collaboration
The company has configured its offering around five main collaborator profiles: retail travel agencies, wholesalers and tour operators, marketplaces and technological partners, content creators, and companies that add activities as a service or benefit for clients, employees, or users.
Civitatis Pro's offering is based on four pillars: a curated catalog of activities and experiences, technological solutions adapted to different distribution schemes, specialized support, and continuous commercial accompaniment.
On the technological level, the platform provides its partners with tools such as API integrations, whitelabel solutions, cobranding, widgets, custom links, and agreements, in order to facilitate the commercialization of the catalog according to the needs of each professional collaborator.
With this launch, Civitatis aims to strengthen its position as a strategic partner for the tourism sector and consolidate the expansion of its professional channel in the coming years.
