Exxacon Smart Living has incorporated Carolina Sánchez, from Aedas Homes, to assume the new Operations management, a position created specifically to support the company's internal structure and "accompany its growth from a position of solidity, strengthening its technical, operational, and management capacity," as communicated this Tuesday.

The Malaga-based developer emphasizes in a statement that "this incorporation responds to Exxacon's growth objectives from organizational solidity, reinforcing its outstanding positioning in the real estate market and driving greater operational, technical, and strategic capacity to face its roadmap for the coming years."

From this new role, Sánchez will be a key figure in supporting Exxacon's expansion, with special attention to internal coordination, efficiency improvement, technical excellence, and anticipation of new demands in the residential market.

The company's general director, Elena Cuberos, insists that this step aligns with the goal of "sustained growth," in an "orderly" manner and with a "long-term vision" in which Exxacon is immersed, currently in a new phase of development and in full deployment of its strategic plan until 2032. In this context, she considers Sánchez a "key" player to accompany growth and consolidate the company's position.

For her part, Carolina Sánchez states that she joins the project "at a particularly exciting time for the company, with the challenge of contributing to scaling and strengthening an organization that already has a very recognizable identity in the market" and with the goal of implementing "more integrated processes, a more transversal technical vision, and greater capacity" to anticipate the demands of both the sector and customers.

Until now, Sánchez held the Costa del Sol delegation at Aedas Homes and, previously, the position of territorial technical director, from which she was responsible for land management and the analysis of new investment opportunities in the province of Malaga.

The company highlights that she is a Civil Engineer and has more than 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, residential development, urban planning, and land investment analysis.
