Exxacon Smart Living closed the 2025 fiscal year with a net profit of 12.2 million euros, which implies growth of close to 22% compared to the slightly more than 10 million registered the previous year, according to the results released this Wednesday.
The developer has also increased its turnover, with a revenue that advanced 4.6% to reach 91 million euros at the end of the last fiscal year, as detailed in a statement.
The Malaga-based company, present in Andalusia, the Community of Madrid, and the Valencian Community, formalized the sale of 322 homes in 2025. Of this total, 178 units were for primary residences, for an amount of 60.2 million euros, while the other 144 correspond to second residences, with a combined value of 81.4 million.
Currently, the company has a reserve of buildable land of 50,773 square meters, valued at 43.2 million euros, and is developing 18 active projects totaling more than 1,600 homes in different stages of execution.
The CEO of Exxacon, Gastón Aigneren, links this evolution to a strategy based on the "rigorous" selection of opportunities, "deep" knowledge of each market, and "very careful" execution.
"We grow with discipline, focusing on well-located, efficient projects capable of generating long-term value," he states.
Regarding the plan for the coming years, Exxacon plans to deliver 1,600 homes by 2029. Of this volume, it has already sold 90.4% of the units planned for 2026, 67.4% of those contemplated for 2027, 46.3% of those for 2028, and 44% of those programmed for 2029.
Likewise, the company plans to allocate 100 million euros to land acquisition between 2026 and 2029, in order to launch new developments in the markets where it already operates. In parallel, it projects a global investment of 860 million euros within its expansion plan until 2032.
The majority of this amount will be concentrated in Andalusia, with 294.3 million in the province of Malaga and 126.9 million in Seville. Next are the Community of Madrid, with 105.7 million, and the Valencian Community, with 107.5 million.
"The high commercial visibility of the coming years allows us to proceed prudently with our roadmap," in which collaboration with investor partners aligned with Exxacon's vision will be "key to driving new projects," complements its general director, Elena Cuberos.
