Ilunion reached a turnover of 1,443 million euros in 2025, which represents an increase of 9.6% compared to the previous year, and increased its number of employees by 4.7% year-on-year, as the company communicated this Wednesday.
The company allocated 98.7 million euros to investments aimed at innovation, the development of new business areas, and initiatives with social and environmental impact.
Currently, Ilunion has a workforce of 45,000 people, of whom more than 17,000 are professionals with disabilities, 38% of the total, and 1,744 are in a vulnerable situation.
The company emphasizes that during the year 2,100 internal promotions were made, that 78.4% of the contracts are permanent, and that its human team reflects "diversity and balance": women account for 49.97% and men for 50.03%. In addition, it has 4,406 professionals of non-Spanish nationality and the predominant age group is between 45 and 64 years old.
Ilunion recalls that it carries out its activity in six sectors and more than 60 business lines, with a presence in all autonomous communities, while it "continues to advance" in its international expansion in Colombia and Portugal. It operates in areas such as services, the hotel sector, the circular economy, textile management, care for the elderly, and accessibility consulting.
The CEO of Ilunion, Alejandro Oñoro, maintains that the 2025 results "consolidate a business model capable of growing, generating employment, and expanding its social impact".
