This new solution aims to consolidate access to the company's international portfolio, which currently exceeds 640 hotels across 66 countries, into a single environment under an incentive scheme that directly links agency profitability with the business volume they generate.
The proposal is structured through a progressive commission system organized into four membership tiers: Explorer, Champion, Icon, and Legend. Thanks to this model, agencies can increase their profit margins as they elevate their bookings through the minor-pro.com portal, thereby fostering loyalty to the group's brands, which include Anantara, Tivoli, NH Hotels, and Avani.
On an operational level, the tool provides real-time availability, access to all public rates, and flexible payment options. The company seeks to shorten commission payment timelines and improve conversion through an optimized interface that facilitates booking any room category.
Furthermore, the program incorporates the Minor Discovery system, allowing the end customer to accumulate and use Discovery Dollars (D$), aligning the distribution strategy and loyalty program within the same ecosystem.
The plan also includes specific benefits for travel agents themselves, who will be able to take advantage of discounts of up to 50% on their personal stays, as well as promotions exclusively reserved for this professional group.
With this initiative, Minor Hotels is boosting its digital ecosystem for professionals, consolidating the Minor Pro platform as a comprehensive hub for managing groups, events, and corporate travel within a more efficient and connected B2B environment.
