The international luxury firm Nikki Beach Hospitality Group has announced the launch of a new resort in Morocco, the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Marrakech, whose opening is foreseen for the year 2028.
The complex will rise on the Route de l'Ourika, about 20 minutes from Marrakech-Menara airport, and represents a key move within the growth strategy of its hotels and residences division.
The plan has been designed as a "lifestyle ecosystem" that will combine a high-end hotel with more than 100 suites, a residential area formed by 50 private villas and a beach club.
According to the information provided by the company, the accommodation proposal will range from 45-square-meter rooms to a 500-square-meter premium suite, while the villas will have independent services such as a private pool, gardens, and private parking.
The resort will also integrate a complete wellness and sports offering, with a wellness center equipped with traditional hammams, a 500-square-meter gym, yoga studios, and squash, tennis, and padel courts.
In the heart of the project will be located the emblematic beach club of the brand, with a large central pool, floating platforms and dining and leisure areas open both to residents and to the external public.
This incorporation in North Africa expands the portfolio of luxury projects that the group is developing in other destinations such as Antigua, Ras Al Khaimah, Baku and Muscat.
