OHLA anticipates for 2026 a turnover exceeding 4.1 billion euros and a gross operating result (Ebitda) above 215 million euros, according to the information sent this Tuesday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), which would imply an improvement on the forecasts for 2025.

In parallel, the group sets a contracting target of 4.4 billion euros for the current fiscal year, in line with its financial roadmap.

The infrastructure company, which holds its general shareholders' meeting this Tuesday, plans to remain focused on the sustained reduction of structural expenses, the strengthening of gross margin, the selective rotation of assets considered non-strategic, and the maintenance of a stable financial position, supported by the extension of the bond maturities until December 2029, with no intermediate payment milestones.

In relation to the accounts of the last fiscal year, the company emphasizes the "fulfillment" of the set objectives and defines itself as a "reliable and predictable" company with a "solid" backlog of 9.735 billion in its main markets. This backlog is equivalent to 28.7 months of sales in 2025, compared to the 26.5 months of sales estimated for 2024.

In 2025, OHLA obtained a net result of 1.7 million euros, which meant a return to profits after the 'red numbers' of 49.9 million recorded in 2024.

Sales reached 4.022 billion euros, 3.6% less, while Ebitda stood at 208.1 million, 36.4% more, in both cases incorporating the contribution of its discontinued services division. Furthermore, the company generated operating cash flow of 76 million for the third consecutive year.
