PV Hardware (PVH) has reached an accumulated power of two gigawatts (GW) in Eastern Europe, after more than five years of presence in the area and its participation in more than 25 photovoltaic projects spread across five countries in the region, according to the company's statement.
In particular, the supplier of solar trackers and photovoltaic structures has developed initiatives in markets such as Romania, Poland, or Bulgaria, among other Eastern European states.
The firm's 'global head of Sales', Álvaro Casado, stressed that, despite being "a demanding market", the area has a very favorable outlook for the energy transition. "PVH has been participating in the region since the beginning of this process and we maintain our commitment, with more than 25 projects underway and in different phases of operation," added the executive.
PVH's roadmap is based on strengthening its international expansion, with a special focus on the European continent, through the supply of solar trackers and structural solutions custom-designed for each installation and adapted to the sector's evolution.
The boost to renewable energies in the area is also evident in the organization of events such as Energyear Eastern Europe, scheduled for June 9 in Bucharest (Romania), a forum that will bring together the main industry players, including PVH.
