Reale Blue Service, the services subsidiary of Reale Seguros in Spain, has closed a strategic agreement with Ever Health, a company specializing in medical-technological solutions and advanced telemedicine, with the aim of promoting and providing comprehensive health coverage to its digital health service 'Mi Telemedicina', as detailed this Tuesday by the entity.
The insurer has emphasized that Ever Health, with a presence in Madrid, Mexico, and Colombia, has consolidated itself in the field of telemedicine by offering immediate medical attention 24 hours a day, all year round, through its patient portal and without the need to download applications.
From Reale, they have indicated that these particularities of Ever Health "strengthen the value proposition of Reale Blue Service within its line of services for care and well-being," by allowing its policyholders "even more complete and efficient access" to remote medical care, adapted to the specific needs of each user.
The company has also highlighted that an essential element of this collaboration is that the entire medical team providing the service is registered in Spain, which ensures that the same professional who makes the remote diagnosis can issue the corresponding official medical prescription "immediately and validly."
"The agreement with Ever Health represents a new significant advance in Reale Blue Service's mission to offer innovative solutions that provide peace of mind and facilitate the lives of our clients. We work to promote barrier-free medical care, with a telemedicine experience that combines convenience with maximum safety and effectiveness for each person," stated the CEO of Reale Blue Service, Gianpiero Zannier.
On the other hand, the founder and CEO of Ever Health, Rafael García, has remarked that "this alliance with Reale Blue Service allows us to make an agile and quality telemedicine model available to its clients." "In such a dynamic market, our contribution focuses on offering close and professional attention 24 hours a day," García concluded.
