The Spanish company Talento Grupo Internacional, dedicated to international labor mobility, has launched two additional offices in the Peruvian cities of Piura and Arequipa, which are added to the already operational offices in Lima to "respond to the selection and recruitment needs" in other regions of the Andean country.
The expansion of its network in Peru occurs in parallel with the migratory regularization promoted by the Spanish Government, a context in which Talento Grupo Internacional presents itself as a "safe and effective" link to channel legal migration. In this framework, the company has already managed the incorporation of more than 3,000 people through formal contracts processed directly from Peru.
"The worker travels to Spain to fill a position that already exists, for which they are needed and which has been requested by a company. We do not offer expectations, but real jobs," said the CEO of Talento Grupo Internacional, Diego Carbajosa, in a statement.
In addition, the company has launched cultural adaptation workshops so that the recruited professionals better understand the functioning of healthcare and transportation in Spain. In parallel, support systems have been designed to assist newly arrived individuals in their first steps in the country.
Talento Grupo Internacional maintains that its migratory proposal is "humane, legal, and safe," as selected individuals have a regularized status from the outset.
