The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) has communicated this Wednesday new warnings about seven unregistered financial entities originating from the Netherlands and Germany.
The Dutch regulator (AFM) has issued warnings about three firms: Imperium Investments (imperiuminvestments.eu), Blitzpine Group (blitzpinegroup.com/) and Lotment Capital (trading-area.lotmentcapital-v5.com/).
For its part, the German supervisor (Bafin) has issued a warning regarding Amagvik Int. AG, which has been banned from offering participation certificates to the public without the prospectus or equivalent document required by securities regulations.
Bafin has also focused on Galldium Immobilien Fünfte CMBH after gathering evidence that the entity would be marketing capital investments in the form of participation certificates to the public without having the required prospectus or similar document.
Likewise, the German body has pointed to Equity Research Ventures PTE, which has been prohibited from offering investments under the name "Co-Investment AlleAktien Wealth x SpaceX", and Hartmann & Benz, about which the supervisor has indications that it would be placing tokenized securities among the public under the denominations "Easygold Token" and "EASG" without the mandatory prospectus or equivalent document.
The CNMV has reiterated that warnings issued by foreign supervisors in the European sphere can be consulted on its own website, both as notices about unauthorized entities and in other categories of warnings.
