TM Grupo Inmobiliario concluded 2025 with a consolidated turnover of 318 million euros, representing a 24% increase compared to the previous year, and with an operating gross profit (Ebitda) close to 64 million euros, as communicated by the Alicante-based 'holding'.

The company has highlighted that this is "one of the best years" since its creation and that these results reinforce its "position as the leading company in the residential tourism sector in Spain".

As explained, "the year's growth was supported by the strength of residential demand, improved operational profitability, and a particularly solid financial position".

TM closed the year with own funds of 496 million euros, a figure that, according to the company, gives it room to face the coming years "with the capacity to continue investing in new projects without compromising the solidity of its balance sheet".

Throughout 2025, the group continued "strengthening" its business portfolio. Ongoing developments grew by 84%, reaching 106 million euros, while amounts paid in advance by customers rose by 30%, to 145 million euros, which, in the company's words, reflects "a significant number of sales already committed and provides visibility on future deliveries".

The year was also influenced by the "impetus of strategic projects aimed at reinforcing the company's national and international projection", including TM Tower in Benidorm, which will be the tallest residential building in Europe; Distrito Xcalacoco Beach, its new development in Mexico; the opening of its new corporate headquarters in Torrevieja; and the renewal of its alliance with Valencia CF as Main Global Partner.

The improvement in accounts was not solely due to the increase in turnover. TM also gained "efficiency and profitability". Ebitda exceeded 64 million euros, an 84% increase compared to 2024. This evolution demonstrates the group's "ability" to "grow while maintaining a controlled cost structure and translating good commercial performance into the income statement", according to the company itself.

Development sales advanced by 28%, to 254 million euros, "driven by the strength of residential demand in the company's main areas of operation".

The "development business", the engine of growth

The "developer business" in Spain remained the "main driver" of the group, concentrating 80% of the consolidated turnover. TM has emphasized that it maintains its "leading position in the residential tourism sector in Spain" and that it is "advancing" in accordance with the goals set in its Strategic Plan Horizon TM 2024-2027, "which foresees exceeding 1.1 billion euros in accumulated turnover during this period".

The company has underlined that it has "a land bank of around one million square meters and maintains a portfolio of strategic locations on the Mediterranean coast, especially in areas of high residential and tourist demand".

"This land capacity, combined with knowledge of the international client and the management of the entire value chain of the development activity, constitutes one of TM's main differentiating factors," the company has stressed.
