The president and CEO of Mango, Toni Ruiz, has conveyed to Jonathan Andic his "utmost respect, understanding, and support" after he decided to temporarily suspend his responsibilities as vice-president of the company, as Mango reported this Tuesday in a statement.
Ruiz emphasizes that "the company is at the best moment in its history. We have the full support and long-term vision of our shareholders, a clear, unique, and differential strategy, and a corporate governance model aligned with the highest standards," thus reinforcing the solidity of the business project.
Likewise, the executive wanted to express his gratitude for "the numerous expressions of affection and support that Mango is receiving these days from all parts of the world" and has called on all staff to remain cohesive and committed to continue driving Mango's legacy with ambition.
The Board of Directors has fully endorsed Toni Ruiz's message and has indicated that the directors "join the Andic family in their support for Jonathan," making clear their alignment with the communicated decision.
Furthermore, the members of the Board have expressed their "full conviction that the judicial process will be resolved favorably" and have expressed their confidence that such a resolution will come in the shortest possible time.
