The PP spokesperson in Congress, Ester Muñoz, assured this Thursday that the Government has opted to process "in secret" the extraordinary regularization of immigrants because, according to her, "it knows that what it is doing is wrong" and is aware of the "chaos" it is generating.
Muñoz expressed herself thus at a press conference in the Lower House, when questioned about the Executive's decision to declare secret or reserved the reports from the Ministry of the Interior relating to the regularization process. In her opinion, this way of proceeding implies acting "against this Parliament, which approved a motion asking that there not be that massive regularization.
Furthermore, the parliamentary spokesperson has reproached the Government for acting, on this matter, "against the order that exists in the European Union" and also "against what they themselves said" a few months ago, as well as "against the majority of Spanish public opinion".
"They want to do it in secret because they know that what they are doing is wrong. They know it. And they know the chaos it is generating," Muñoz reiterated, before stating that the PP will adopt "the necessary decisions" in relation to this regularization process.
