Housing continues to top the list of concerns in Spain and once again marks a historic high in the Barometer of the Sociological Research Center (CIS). In the survey corresponding to the month of May, this issue is now approaching 50% of mentions among the responses collected.

At the same time, citizen concern about immigration is increasing, placing it in third position in the ranking with 18.9%, and about healthcare, which reaches 17.8% in a context marked by the hantavirus crisis.

As the second major problem in the country, in a poll carried out in full campaign of the Andalusian regional elections and prior to the outbreak of the "Zapatero case," the economic crisis reappears, with 20.7% of mentions.
