📊 As we close Q3 2025, I'm proud to share that Cellnex Telecom continues to deliver strong operational and financial performance paired with an attractive shareholder remuneration plan that underscores our disciplined capital allocation. We've achieved sustained organic #growth across our key indicators, driven by significant strides in operational efficiency through digitalisation and process automation. Our focused portfolio strategy is optimizing assets, allowing us to strengthen our core telecom #infrastructure even further. Crucially, we've continued to optimize our capital structure, expanding our syndicated credit facility, and maintaining our investment-grade ratings. This disciplined execution is delivering recurring value through an attractive shareholder remuneration plan of €1Bn: €500M in dividends in January 2026 and up to €500M in share buybacks by the end of 2026. Looking ahead, we remain fully committed to our 2025 and 2027 outlook while advancing our #ESG roadmap. It was a privilege to participate in the WIP Barcelona 2025 roundtable discussion on ‘The Algorithm Behind AI and Security in Digital Infrastructure’. The conversation emphasised the paramount importance of secure and resilient digital infrastructure in an era of #hyperconnectivity and #AI.  As I highlighted, Cellnex helps to guarantee fundamental rights such as universal access to high-quality internet, technological independence, and network resilience. #Connectivity used to be an economic multiplier; now, it is a social multiplier: providing access to education, job opportunities and other essential social services.  We are committed to taking concrete action to build the #infrastructure of the future, such as reinforcing our networks against sophisticated cyberattacks and championing ‘Privacy by Design’ principles to enhance citizen privacy and ensure a robust digital future for #Europe. During the ‘Spain Economic Outlook: Future of Finance Madrid 2025’ event organized by Bloomberg, I had the pleasure of speaking with Rodrigo Orihuela, Madrid Bureau Chief, about a topic that is central to Europe’s future: strategic autonomy in the digital era. We explored the essential role of the #telecommunications sector and #infrastructure, such as towers, in ensuring Europe’s digital and economic sovereignty. With network quality and resilience becoming national priorities, especially in an age of hyperconnectivity driven by AI, data traffic is expected to grow five to six times by 2030. This calls for robust, secure, and resilient #networks.  I also shared Cellnex’s vision as a leading #telecoms infrastructure operator, explaining how our European DNA, rooted in Spain but with a continental scope, guides our strategy and outlook. We believe in striking the right balance between cooperation and independence across Europe.  At Cellnex, we are proud to contribute to these vital conversations and to play a key role in shaping Europe’s #digital future.

Last week marked an important moment for Cellnex Telecom: our 10th anniversary, alongside the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting and the release of our Q1 results. A week to honor our past, review the present and look into the future: 🔷Past – We have invested more than €43 billion in Europe to build our shared telecom infrastructure model, a key enabler to develop European connectivity in an efficient and sustainable way. 🔷Present - We are consolidating our industrial model and stabilising our financial vital signs. 🔷Future – We are on the threshold of a third chapter marked by growth to capture the opportunities that the era of hyperconnectivity will bring. It was a pleasure to join #TowerxChangeEurope and take part in a valuable discussion on the urgent need to invest in Europe’s #networks. During the fireside chat, I shared a few reflections: 🔹 Europe is realizing the fact that without network investment, there is no digital future. Digital infrastructure should be a top priority and yet too often it has been missing from the conversation about growth. Yes, the sector has invested over €50B in tower #infrastructure –but more is needed, both now and in the long term. With AI placing unprecedented demands on our networks, Europe needs to increase network density by 50%, just to keep pace with countries like Korea and Japan. 🔹Investors recognize the sector’s importance; governments and regulators need to do the same. The European #towers sector attracts investors from all over the world. They understand network infrastructure will be a fundamental driver of growth. But we are still held back by a regulatory framework that too often complicates and slows things down –whether that’s delays in permitting, unclear land use rules, or limited access to rural energy. Regulators need to tackle these issues head on. 🔹The industry itself needs a mindset shift. We should no longer think of ourselves simply as financial players. We are engineering firms. We need investment and clear regulatory frameworks, but our industry needs to maintain an innovation mindset to deliver on Europe’s long-term promise as a digital powerhouse.

On Wednesday, April, 9th, I had the opportunity to welcome my colleagues, journalists and representatives of the European Union and to deliver the first speech as Chair of EWIA during the 10th anniversary of our association. Some of the messages that I would like to underline and that I spoke about are: 🔹 We are an important part of Europe´s digital economy. We aim for a competitive, innovative, and greener future for Europe. And we trust we can and will do it together with all relevant stakeholders.  🔹 We are eleven members and we operate 251,000 wireless infrastructure assets in 20 countries. 🔹 We have invested nearly 50 billion euros to support the EU’s path to the Digital Decade in the last 10 years. 🔹 We have a tremendous positive impact on the environment through our sustainable model based on infrastructure sharing. Our open, neutral and sharing-driven TowerCo model will also result in 109,000 fewer towers being built by 2030, thus avoiding almost 4 million tons of CO2 emissions. 🔹 We are ready to mobilise more investment. Hyper connectivity is there. We have to think how to mobilise this investments. We have to be Capex friendly. 🔹 We presented our EWIA Manifesto (https://lnkd.in/dG9wPEmr), which clearly outlines our calls for long term regulatory certainty, security of existing contracts, protection from speculative behaviours, among others. I hope that we will be able to keep all our promises when we celebrate our 15th anniversary! Thanks to all the EWIA members (INWIT S.p.A., Phoenix Tower International, Vantage Towers, American Tower Europe, Towercom, EI Towers S.p.A. , TDF, Althio, Wireless Infrastructure Group and Digita Oy) and all the speakers who taught us how our industry is shaping the future of connectivity.

Yesterday we announced our third quarter results, which show we are delivering on our short and medium-term targets, enabling us to confirm our outlook for 2024. We are on track to achieve the strategic objectives we set in Cellnex’s Next Chapter and will continue to work at pace to ensure we meet these goals. Yesterday, the #Cellnex board agreed to appoint Óscar Fanjul as non-executive Chair of the Company. With the start of the new term after summer, I’ve had the honor to be elected Chair of EWIA by the members of the Association. Many thanks to Digita Oy, EI Towers S.p.A., NOVEC GmbH, TDF, Wireless Infrastructure Group, Phoenix Tower International, Towercom and American Tower Europe for their confidence. In a key moment for the entire telco sector, I’m looking forward to working together to champion connectivity while fostering collaboration and driving sustainable growth across our industry, ensuring a brighter, digital future for Europe. As #towercos we can definitely contribute to achieving the goals of the Digital Europe to which we all aspire.

Cellnex today delivered a strong set of first half results, in line with our objectives and driven by good commercial and industrial performance. Today I have had the pleasure of addressing Cellnex Telecom shareholders at my first General Meeting as CEO of the Company, and I would like to thank them for their continued support and confidence in our roadmap and ability to execute. We have shared the pillars and evolution of our industrial project and the fulfilment of the objectives and commitments to the market. With relevant milestones such as the early achievement of investment grade by Standard & Poor's, the focus on organic growth –with a solid first quarter of 2024– and on the creation of shareholder value.
