• Energy efficiency: legal framework after 2030. Deadline: March 19 to April 16.
• Review of EU rules on infrastructure for alternative fuels.

Ministry for the Ecological Transition and Demographic Challenge

• Prior public consultation of the proposed Royal Decree by which Royal Decree 1184/2020, of December 29, is modified, by which the calculation methodologies for the charges of the gas system, of the regulated remunerations of basic underground storage facilities and of the fees applied for their use are established. Deadline: from March 30 to April 30. 
• Public hearing and information on the proposed Order by which Order TED/1476/2021, of December 27, is modified, by which the bases for the granting of aid, under a competitive bidding regime, aimed at environmental, social, and digital infrastructure projects in municipalities in areas affected by the energy transition within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan are regulated. Deadline: from 6 to April 14. 

Ministry of Industry and Tourism

• Draft Royal Decree regulating the direct granting of aid for the purchase of electric and electrified vehicles (Auto+ Program). Deadline: from March 31 to April 14.

CNMC 

• Hearing process on the proposed Circular by which the methodology is established to determine the remuneration of natural gas transport facilities and of liquefied natural gas plants. Deadline: from March 26 to April 27. 
• Hearing process on the proposed Circular by which the remuneration methodology for natural gas distribution is established. Deadline: from March 26 to April 27. 
• Public consultation for the establishment of the calculation methodology for economic rights for service connections, hook-ups, verification, actions on control and measurement equipment, connection and network access studies, and rental of measurement and control equipment in the electricity sector. Deadline: from April 9 to May 8.

OMIE

• Public consultation for the adaptation of the operating rules of the daily and intraday electricity markets to allow the participation of the independent aggregator in the daily and intraday market. Deadline: from March 17 to April 17.
