HOUSING - SANCTION TO VOX - EUROPEAN SUMMIT - TAXATION - APPEARANCES - CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM - ELECTRIC BLACKOUT - CONFERENCES

HOUSING

7k for Housing. The Council of Ministers approves the State Housing Plan on Tuesday, as announced by the minister herself, Isabel Rodríguez. It will have a record allocation of 7,000 million for the next four years. The focus will be on increasing the stock of affordable public housing, on rehabilitation, on mobilizing vacant housing, on promoting access for young people, and on the rural world. The Council of State questioned the Plan's formula for guaranteeing permanent protection.

The PP's urbanism. The PP is taking its Land bill to the Plenary Session of Congress for its consideration, for which they will need the favorable vote of Vox and at least the abstention of Junts or PNV. The initiative proposes to unblock land, build one million homes in four years, liberalize the rental market, and would repeal key parts of the 2023 Housing Law, such as the declaration of tense market areas or price indices. Tuesday, 3:00 PM. Congress.

DISCIPLINARY SANCTION TO VOX

One less? The Congress Board addresses the possibility of expelling the Vox deputy José María Sánchez García for climbing onto the platform and confronting the Presidency of Congress, at that moment, the first vice-president of the Chamber, Alfonso Rodríguez Gómez de Celis. All groups except PP, Vox, and UPN have signed a manifesto of condemnation, and the socialists are pushing to expel the deputy for a period, even months. Congress is exploring formulas, as it is an unprecedented event and Article 106 of the Regulations cannot be applied to sanction him for a month because it was not carried out at the same time. Tuesday, 10:00 AM. Congress.
