CC.OO. has announced a strike at Glovo for the upcoming days April 24, starting at 8:00 p.m., April 25 throughout the day, and April 26 between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. In addition, the union has called a demonstration in front of the company's headquarters in Madrid on April 15 at 6:30 p.m., as reported this Tuesday in a statement.

The union organization attributes this call to the "labor abuse suffered by the company's workers after the laborization process" which concluded in 2025.

CC.OO. has stressed that "it has been trying for months to negotiate and improve working conditions" and has denounced that the company has led the staff to a situation it describes as a limit.

Among the main demands, the union demands an end to the application of an "illegal sanctioning regime" and that the company withdraw the employment regulation file (ERE) affecting 750 people.

Likewise, it demands the opening of a negotiation for a specific collective agreement and that the company "cease in its endeavor to obstruct the process of organization of the workers through the union elections that have been taking place for a few months".
