Diego López Garrido
Emeritus Professor of Constitutional Law (UCLM). He was a deputy in Congress between 1993-2008 and in the X Legislature (2012-January 2016). He was appointed Secretary of State for the European Union in the second term of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero.
