Javier Úbeda Liébana
Javier Úbeda Liébana is currently mayor of Boadilla del Monte (Madrid). He performs his public work in the municipality since 2011, where he has served as councilor in different areas such as Environment, Public Works, Mobility, Festivities… In 2019 he was elected mayor and in 2023 he revalidated his mandate with the greatest popular support obtained by a mayor in all of Spain, measured as a percentage of the electoral roll. Father of five children, he has managed to position Boadilla del Monte as the city in Spain with the lowest taxes, with more investment per inhabitant or being the first City Council in Spain to achieve the EFR distinction for its commitment to family.
