Qué Hacen Los Diputados (QHLD)
Qué hacen los diputados (QHLD) is a parliamentary monitoring and analysis project that began its work in 2011 monitoring the activity of the Congress of Deputies of Spain. Behind it is Political Watch, an independent organization that, through the development of civic technologies, advocacy actions and research, fights for a more just, democratic and sustainable society. It is formed by a multidisciplinary group of civic hackers and social researchers who are united by an obsession with accountability and the vocation to shorten the distance between citizens and their political representatives. QHLD now launches with Demócrata a journalistic experimentation laboratory from which to innovatively analyze the news hidden within parliamentary big data.
