The Provincial Court of Valencia has imposed on porn actor Ignacio Jordà, artistically known as Nacho Vidal, a three-year prison sentence for engaging in the trafficking of "'pink cocaine'" in the leisure environment of Xúquer square in Valencia.

The sentence is based on the plea agreement reached between the Prosecutor's Office and the defense of the performer, represented by lawyer Emilio Pérez Mora, by which a three-year prison sentence is set for Vidal for a crime against public health and the payment of an economic sanction of 5,800 euros, according to what Europa Press has been able to learn.

The defendant has admitted the facts he was accused of and, despite the conviction, will not go to prison, since the prosecutor has proposed the suspension of the sentence for four years, provided that he does not reoffend, a proposal that has been accepted by the court. In the ruling, the mitigating circumstance of drug addiction is recognized for him and the obligation to follow a rehabilitation course is imposed on him.

It also states that Nacho Vidal was recently sentenced, last January, to the payment of a fine of 2,160 euros for destroying the parking barrier of the Russafa Market in Valencia when he was driving drunk and under the influence of drugs.

The actor also maintains another open procedure in which the Prosecutor's Office requests four years in prison for him for the death of photographer José Luis Abad during the celebration of the so-called "'bufo toad ritual'".

In the case now being prosecuted, he has been convicted of drug trafficking, as reported by the newspaper Las Provincias. The events took place in February 2025, when National Police agents arrested him in Xúquer square in València carrying 103.05 grams of tusi, known as "'pink cocaine'".

The drug he was carrying at the time of his arrest was intended for sale and would have reached an approximate price of 5,700 euros on the illicit market. As has been proven in the case, the accused acted driven by his drug addiction.
