Iberia and the workers' representation have closed an agreement to implement a Voluntary Employment Regulation File (ERE) that will affect 996 employees of the company. The pact, signed after weeks of negotiation, includes 753 ground staff, 137 cabin crew and 106 pilots, and raises the economic conditions compared to the initial proposals.
