A tragedy has shaken the city of Shreveport, in the state of Louisiana, where an armed man shot and killed eight children in different homes during the early hours of Sunday.
The victims were between one and 14 years old, according to local authorities.
Three distinct scenarios and ten people shot
The attack did not occur at a single point. The police have indicated that the crime scene extends to several locations, which complicates the investigation.

After the shootings, the suspect fled by stealing a vehicle. The police initiated a pursuit that ended with the aggressor shot down by the agents.
The final shooting occurred after fleeing to another nearby area, with no officers injured.
