The Plenary of Congress resumes its activity from 3:00 p.m. with the debate on the consideration of a bill from the Socialist Group on toughen the Penal Code to sanction speeding offenses sooner. Next will be the turn of the Bill, initiative of the Popular Group, relating to the modification of the Combined Agricultural Insurance Law, to establish insurance on income and rents, and strengthen the sustainability of agricultural productions.

The agenda continues with the non-legislative proposals (PNL). The first, from Junts on fiscal measures to "address the tax fatigue suffered by the middle class, workers, self-employed, and small business owners." The second, from the PNV "to strengthen the competitiveness and resilience of the steel and electro-intensive industry." 

Lastly, it will be the turn of the motions:

  • About the fiscal and economic difficulties of the middle and working class (Junts)
  • To give an account of the measures that the Government is implementing to alleviate the consequences of the war in Iran on Spanish families and businesses (PP)
  • About the measures that the Government will adopt to guarantee the healthcare of Spaniards (Vox)
  • About the Government's energy strategy to guarantee the survival of industry and the growth of the country (Vox)
