Starting at 09:00, the Plenary Session of Congress resumes its activity with the appearance of the President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, to report on the position of the Government of Spain regarding the war in the Middle East, as well as on the latest meeting of the European Council.

Once the opposition groups' replies have concluded, the Plenary will continue with the control session. Among other issues, the deputies will ask the members of the Executive about what the Ministry of Health will do to prevent strikes in public healthcare from becoming eternal; or about what measures the Executive will take to help the people of Cuba with the economic and energy blockade imposed by the US.

Next, two urgent interpellations will be debated, both addressed to the Minister of Transport, Óscar Puente. The first, from the PP, on the state of the railway infrastructure and connections with southern Spain. The second, from Vox, on the measures the Government will take to restore normality to the railway system.
