Housing remains the country's main problem in the Barometer of the Sociological Research Center (CIS) corresponding to April, appearing mentioned in 41.3% of the questionnaires. However, this percentage represents a decrease of 2.2 points compared to the March survey, in a context marked by the approval of the decree-law that extends the validity of rental contracts that end before the end of 2027.
