RENT DECREES

WORK AND SOCIAL SECURITY

Update in progress. The Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz, takes to the Council of Ministers the preliminary draft that updates the Law on occupational risk prevention for its second reading approval and to send it to Congress. The rule seeks to adapt legislation to SMEs and incorporates the right to digital disconnection. Tuesday, 9:30 AM. Moncloa.

Are there numbers? The text stems from an agreement between the Ministry and CCOO and UGT, which CEOE and Cepyme did not join.
