The Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court has ratified the resolution of the Provincial Court of Barcelona that put an end to the judicial conflict between MC&F and Atresmedia, with the intervention of ITV, for the broadcast of the television contest 'Pasapalabra', which includes the final test 'El Rosco'.

As reported this Thursday by the high court, its ruling completely rejects the appeals filed by Atresmedia and ITV Studios, as well as that of MC&F, and fully upholds the challenged sentence. In it, it is declared that the television format known as 'El Rosco' is a creation protected by intellectual property regulations and that its ownership corresponds to the company MC&F Broadcasting Production and Distribution C.V.
