Anquor Corporate Finance has strengthened its positioning in the middle market with the incorporation of Luis Aribayos as partner of the Madrid Madrid office. In this way, the financial consultancy firm, Anquor Corporate Finance, continues to advance in its national consolidation and growth strategy with the incorporation of Luis Aribayos Mínguez as partner of the Madrid office.

With this new incorporation, the firm strengthens its independent advisory capacity in M&A operations, structured finance and strategic processes of business growth and consolidation, both for companies and for investors. Luis Aribayos joins Anquor after a solid institutional and business career, in which he has held positions of maximum responsibility in national and European business organizations, also being part of several governing bodies and advisory councils, serving until a few months ago as general secretary of CEPYME.

Degree in Economic and Business Sciences from Complutense University of Madrid and MBA from IE Business School, he completes his training with high management programs at IE Business School, Berkeley, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Wharton School.

The incorporation of Aribayos responds to Anquor's commitment to strengthen its positioning in the middle market and accompany Spanish medium-sized companies in processes of growth, consolidation, and financial structuring, in a context in which business size and competitiveness are determining factors.

According to Pascal Vieilledent, founding partner of Anquor: “The incorporation of Luis represents a strategic step in our roadmap. His executive experience in the business field, together with a deep knowledge of the institutional and regulatory environment, provides a differential vision at a time when the Spanish middle market faces processes of growth, consolidation, and transformation that demand specialization, rigor, and independence. The Madrid office must play a key role in that strategy, maintains Anquor.”

For his part, Luis Aribayos maintains that "medium-sized companies play a fundamental role in competitiveness and in improving the business dimension in Spain. Many face processes of expansion, consolidation, succession or financial structuring that require strategic vision and technical rigor. From Anquor we want to accompany entrepreneurs and investors, with independence and specialization, in these key decisions to strengthen their structure and give greater scale to their business projects," he states.

Anquor Corporate Finance is part of REACH, an international network of M&A firms with presence in 30 countries.
