Escribano Mechanical & Engineering (EM&E) is going to allocate an investment of 50 million euros in Castilla-La Mancha to launch a new industrial plant in Alovera (Guadalajara), which will become the company's largest production facility to date.

In line with the expansion strategy of the Escribano brothers' company, these new facilities, which will have a surface area of 42,000 square meters, will be mainly oriented towards production, thus reinforcing the group's industrial capabilities and supporting the development of the various strategic programs in which it participates.

Located in the Los Picones industrial estate in Alovera, the plant will begin its activity this summer and will allow for the creation of 300 new jobs, as the company stated in a press release released this Thursday.

In this regard, EM&E has emphasized that it "contributes to the development of the economic and industrial ecosystem of the area and to the creation of stable employment in the region."

As highlighted by the company's president, Javier Escribano, this factory "will not only allow them to expand their production capabilities, but it is a testament to their firm commitment to strengthening the national industrial base, contributing in turn to the regional economic fabric and the promotion of local talent."

The new Alovera facility joins the rest of the centers that EM&E has distributed across different autonomous communities, in line with its "commitment to geographical diversification and territorial cohesion."

In addition to its headquarters, located in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), the group has other production plants in the Community of Madrid (Pinto and El Viso) and several factories in Córdoba, in the Huesca town of Binéfar, as well as in the Jaén municipalities of Linares and Bedmar.

It also has a research and development (R&D) center in Avilés (Asturias) and a software development and Artificial Intelligence center in Barcelona, a technical office in El Puerto de Santa María (Cádiz), and facilities in Valencia dedicated to photonics development.
