GRS O&M has closed a new agreement with Edenvale Solar Park Pty Ltd to continue leading the management and performance optimization of the "Edenvale Solar" park, 204 megawatts (MW) and located in Australia, until the year 2031, as communicated by the company.

With this contractual extension, the Gransolar Group firm, specialized in the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic plants and storage systems, reinforces its position in the Australian market, where it is already responsible for the operation and maintenance of projects totaling more than 1.5 gigawatts (GW).

"Edenvale Solar" has been recognized as the best-performing photovoltaic asset of the month of April in Australia, by the consultancy Rystad Energy.

The annual production of the park allows for the supply of renewable electricity to more than 60,000 Australian homes. Likewise, the installation has a relevant impact on environmental protection, by avoiding around 300,000 tons of CO2 emissions each year, a figure equivalent to removing 83,000 vehicles from circulation.
