Indra has incorporated Ciril Rozman, former senior executive of Aguas de Barcelona (Agbar) and CriteriaCaixa, as head of public affairs and the presidency office, as the company communicated this Monday.
In his new role, Rozman will assume management of corporate affairs and governance, reporting directly to Indra's president, Ángel Simón, with whom he previously worked at both Agbar and CriteriaCaixa.
The company has highlighted that Rozman has more than 30 years of experience in industrial and financial groups "of great complexity and international projection, with a solid track record in corporate strategy, corporate governance, and stakeholder management".
"Throughout his career, he has led key functions in corporate communication, public affairs, and sustainability, ensuring consistency between institutional positioning and business strategy," the company explained, adding that the executive has also developed "an extensive track record in highly demanding institutional environments," acting as a liaison between the presidency and key stakeholders."
Institutional Relations Dependence
In his most recent role, Rozman served as general manager of operations at CriteriaCaixa, after a "long career" at Agbar, where he reached top positions such as general manager of strategy for Iberia and Latin America and CEO in various geographies.
Within this new organizational structure, the director of institutional relations, Cristina Poole, will report hierarchically to both the new director of the presidency office and the head of the CEO's office, Juan Ramón Hernández.
Reorganization in the communication area
On the other hand, the defense and technology company has announced that the general director of marketing, brand management, and internal communication of Indra, Jesús Presa, will assume responsibility for the company's external communication starting this Monday, integrating all these areas under his scope as a member of the management committee.
Presa comes from the automotive sector, specifically from Renault Spain, where she held the position of director of communication, a career path she shares with the current CEO of Indra, José Vicente de los Mozos, who was president of the Spanish subsidiary of the vehicle manufacturer.
With this reorganization, Rafael Moreno, who until now served as communications director, will report to Presa and will continue on the team as business communications director.
With this set of changes, Indra emphasizes that it "continues to reinforce its governance model and its capabilities in institutional communication and dialogue".
