The president of Vox, Santiago Abascal, has once again linked housing access difficulties with "the increase in migratory invasion", describing this situation as "the great manifestation that at the moment in Spain practically nothing works".

"If in a country where a million people enter per year, two and a half million have entered in the last two years and the number of homes is the same, there will clearly be greater pressure on the housing market," Abascal pointed out this Wednesday in a press briefing in Mijas (Málaga), where he was asked about the housing situation in the province.

The leader of Vox has indicated that housing policy "has been getting complicated in Spain for a long time and under different governments". "Nobody has taken it seriously," he added, pointing to the lack of effective solutions from successive executives.

In this context, he has defended that his party registered a housing plan "many months ago with structural measures that affect taxes, legislation, and housing". At the same time, he has lamented "that in Spain we have to welcome young people from other places and open the borders while those from here have to go abroad".

The national leader of Vox has insisted that "he is against the fraudulent regularization that the Executive is doing", and has remarked that "the fewer means there are for this regularization, the much better it will be for Spaniards", he has stated.

Abascal has also reproached both the central Government and the Andalusian Executive for "not talking about the real problems of Andalusians" and has accused Sánchez of "bringing a boat with a lethal virus so that his corruption is not talked about". To these criticisms, he has added the president of the Junta, Moreno, for "not wanting to talk about the migratory invasion and the collapse of hospitals", and has concluded that from Vox "they are going to do politics for serious people".
