The candidate number two of the Popular Party for the regional elections for the province of Malaga, Carolina España, spokesperson for the Junta and Minister of Economy, has expressed her wish that on this day there will be a great turnout in what she has described as the "festival of democracy".

She made this statement after exercising her right to vote this Sunday at one of the polling stations set up at the Cerrado Calderón school in the capital of Malaga, a place she visited with the president of the PP of Malaga, Patricia Navarro.

"The important day has arrived, today is the great festival of democracy, where Andalusians have the right to go and vote, to go and decide who will govern them for the next four years," said the also spokesperson for the Andalusian Government.

"What we hope for is a great turnout. We encourage Andalusians to come and exercise their right to vote, to come and vote and for everything to happen within a normal framework, without incidents," concluded the 'popular' candidate.
