Antonio Sanz, Minister of Health and Presidency of the Regional Government of Andalusia, has appeared before the press to detail the participation data in the Andalusian elections at 6 p.m.

After highlighting that during the electoral day so far "no significant incidents have been registered" and that "the day continues to unfold normally", Sanz confirmed that in the third participation update, 52.16% of the electorate had already voted in the whole of Andalusia, which represents 7.65 points more than in the 2022 elections at the same time.

Cordobans, in the lead

By provinces, the minister announced that at 6 p.m. in Almería, 50.36% of voters had cast their ballots, showing 8.59 points of growth; in Cádiz, 48.63%, with 7.27 points of growth; Córdoba, 55.12%, 6.64 points more; Granada, 53.54%, 9.07 points more; Huelva, 48.10%, 8.21 points more than in the last elections; Jaén, 53.82% and 6.61 points more; Málaga, 50.66% participation and 7.07 points more. Finally, in Seville, 54.82% of the electorate had voted, 8.04 points more than in 2022.

The next participation data will be released at the closing of the polling stations, which by agreement of the Electoral Board will not be announced until 8:43 p.m.
