Adelante Andalucía reinforced its presence in the Andalusian Parliament after the regional elections and improved its representation compared to the previous legislature. The Andalucist party obtained eight seats and consolidated parliamentary growth that allowed it to gain weight in several provinces.
The result allowed Adelante to broaden its territorial implantation and improve its presence in the Andalusian Chamber compared to the previous electoral cycle. The party achieved representation in six provinces and made particularly relevant advances in constituencies where it increased its number of deputies.
This political party has consolidated in recent years its transformation from the space that was born as an electoral coalition to its own political project with a differentiated Andalucist identity within the Andalusian left.
For a large part of that period, the leadership of Teresa Rodríguez was one of the main elements of political cohesion of the project, although in recent years the party has completed an organizational handover with José Ignacio García as the main parliamentary figure. The party has maintained a discourse focused on the left-wing Andalucism and has sought to consolidate its own territorial implantation outside of other state coalitions.
