The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, is scheduled to attend the Plenary Session of Congress next March 25 to present before its members the Executive's position regarding the conflict in the Middle East, following recent attacks by the United States and Israel on Iran, according to parliamentary sources.

The head of the Executive registered last Friday his request for appearance at his own request and, in the Board of Spokespersons of the Congress, it has been specified that the debate with the different parliamentary groups will be held within two weeks.

Along with the explanation about the Spanish position regarding the situation generated after the attack by the United States and Israel against Iran last February 28, the president has requested to take advantage of his intervention in the chamber to also inform about the results of the last meeting of the European Council.
