The Plenary of the Senate resumes its activity starting at 09:00. First, the Plenary of the Upper House debates the censure of the Third Vice President of the Government and Minister for Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, Sara Aagesen, for, among other reasons, the management of the blackout on April 28. The 40th anniversary of the approval of the General Health Law will also be addressed, with a view to defending public healthcare. Finally, the Plenary debates an initiative to guarantee decent living conditions and wages, as well as to combat the housing access crisis and move towards fiscal sovereignty in Catalonia.
