Bodega Numanthia, integrated into the French luxury group LVMH, will have a prominent presence at the Formula 1 TAG Heuer Grand Prix of Spain 2026, which will take place from September 11 to 13 in Madrid, with two of its most emblematic references.

Specifically, this Spanish winery affiliated with the DO Toro will participate in one of the sporting events with the greatest global reach after it was confirmed that its wines will be served at this exclusive event, as detailed in a statement.

Thus, Numanthia 2020 and Termes Blanco 2025 will be the official labels representing the Zamora winery during the Grand Prix weekend, associating the prestige of its wines with a competition that is expected to gather thousands of fans and will have a notable international projection.

Bodega Numanthia will be positioned at the highest levels of the event thanks to the excellence of wines born in the heart of the Denomination of Origin Toro. Made from historic vineyards and the result of a deep respect for the territory and local winemaking tradition, its wines have established themselves over the years as a benchmark of quality in the Spanish wine scene, distinguished by their character and the faithful expression of their origin.

High Spanish gastronomy at the Madrid Grand Prix

The presence of Numanthia wines at this Formula 1 GP is part of a proposal that will bet on high Spanish cuisine, with various first-class gastronomic spaces such as La Azotea, one of the exclusive spaces of the Official Hospitality of Madring, which will bring together some of the big names in gastronomy, including Mario Sandoval (Coque), Hugo Muñoz (Ugo Chan), Roberto Ruiz (Barracuda MX), Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo (Cebo) or Jordi Roca (Rocambolesc), among others.

Specifically, this gastronomic space will be located in La Monumental, the most iconic curve of the Madrid circuit designed by MatchHospitality, which will feature a unique four-story structure with a restaurant, panoramic terrace, lounge areas, privileged views, and an 'afterparty' on Saturday afternoon.

In addition, during the competition, Spanish chefs with Michelin stars and Repsol Suns Quique Dacosta, Iván Cerdeño, Coco Montes, Rodrigo de la Calle, Lucía Freitas, and Paco Pérez will be responsible for bringing high Spanish gastronomy to this event.

Thus, these recognized Spanish chefs will take on the design of the culinary proposals of Club 91, the most exclusive VIP experience of the Official Hospitality of Madring, operated by Match Hospitality, according to the organization.

The Official Hospitality program of Madring offers 12 distinct VIP experiences to enjoy this grand prize in the most exclusive way, with 'access' to the circuit, lounge areas with privileged views, gastronomy throughout the day, and leisure proposals for the different profiles of the audience attending the Madrid event.

In this context, the six Michelin chefs turn Club 91 into the highest gastronomic exponent of the program, bringing together in one space some of the main references of contemporary Spanish cuisine and with a proposal that projects Spanish gastronomy before the international spotlight in one of the largest sporting events on the planet.

Spanish gastronomy will be present in all spaces of the Official Hospitality of Madring, each with its own culinary identity and adapted to its concept and type of experience, from La Azotea, the proposal that brings together some of the most outstanding restaurants in Madrid, to El Mirador, where the offer will revolve around 'pop-ups', 'food trucks', and emerging talent from the local scene.

Other gastronomic spaces will be La Terminal and Podium Stand, where the proposal will adopt a market-type format, with a more informal, dynamic, and accessible culinary offer in an experiential environment, while in Ignition Club, gastronomy will have a more international focus, with a selection designed for a global audience, and in Traction Club, the experience will center on live cooking, with special attention to the product and execution.
